Routt County Scholarship
4-H is a program within the Extension System that's administered through land-grant universities in all states and territories. It’s the largest youth organization in the United States and in Routt County includes approximately 220 kids and 80 adult volunteers. Nationally, there are six million 4-H youth members and more than 500,000 adult volunteers.

Rocky Mountain Ser Migrant Farm Workers Programs
The National Farm worker Jobs Program (NFJP) under section 167 of the Workforce Investment Act assists migrant and other seasonally-employed farm workers and their families, achieve economic self-sufficiency through job training and other services that address their employment related needs.
Rocky Mountain Ser Workforce Development Programs
Rocky Mountain SER has offered workforce development opportunities to individuals and employers since its inception in 19S0. Beginning with the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (CETA), continuing with the Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA) and now through the Workforce Investment Act (VVIA), Rocky Mountain SER continues to be at the forefront of workforce development in Colorado.
Rocky Mountain Raptor Program - CSU
The Rocky Mountain Raptor Program is a raptor hospital and medical care facility, admitting injured and sick raptors, i.e. eagles, owls, hawks, and falcons, with the goal of releasing them for A Second Chance At Freedom.

Breast Cancer Awareness
Parents, this is a notice to you to help out the Jr/Sr. High School with the bracelets that have inappropriate language on them about Breast Cancer. While we support breast cancer awareness, the wrist bands create a negative image of our school and a potential disruption to the learning environment.
Rio Blanco County Sheriff’s Office programs
The "CodeRED system is a geographical based notification system, which means street addresses are needed to select which phone numbers will receive emergency notification calls in any given situation. The system works fine for cell phones too, but we have to have a street address".
