The mission of Rocky Mountain Youth Corps, "Linking community, education and environment through service" drives our programming and organizational objectives. RMYC helps youth and young adults make a difference in themselves and their community through meaningful service opportunities and educational experiences.
Rocky Mountain Poison Center
Established in 1956, the Rocky Mountain Poison and Drug Center (RMPDC) is one of the oldest poison control centers in the nation providing poison and drug information services to medical professionals and the public.
The RMPDC is the certified regional poison center for Colorado, Nevada, Idaho, Montana and Hawaii.

Rio Blanco County Sheriff’s Office
Rio Blanco County 911 Emergency Telephone Authority has contracted with Emergency Communications Network, Inc., of Ormond Beach, Florida, for its "CodeRED" high-speed telephone emergency notification services. The CodeRED system gives county officials the ability to deliver pre-recorded emergency telephone notification/information messages to targeted areas or the entire county.
Rio Blanco County Detention Center
The Rio Blanco County Detention Center is responsible for the operation of the County Jail System and its supporting functions. Under the direction of Sheriff Si Woodruff, the Detention Division controls the operation of the Rio Blanco County Jail providing safe and secure housing to all persons remanded to the custody of the Sheriff’s Office.

The Clerk & Recorder's office is responsible for voter registration, the conduct of all primary, general, and November coordinated elections, motor vehicle titling and registration, real estate and other recordings, marriage licenses, birth and death records, liquor licenses, and recording the proceedings of the Board of County Commissioners.
