Sarah E. Loveland Fund
Provides funds to agencies and organizations for the purpose of financial assistance for hospital bills up to $1,000 at Poudre Valley Hospital. Agencies must apply for funds on behalf of individuals needing assistance. People receiving old age pension, direct County relief, or other assistance from the public may receive help from the fund.
