Poudre Valley Health System, based in Fort Collins, Colorado since 1925, provides a regional network of health care services for the people of northern Colorado, southern Wyoming, and western Nebraska.
PEAK Parent Center
PEAK Parent Center is Colorado’s federally designated Parent Training and Information Center (PTI). PEAK assists families and others through services like its telephone hotline, workshops, conferences, website, and publications. As a PTI, PEAK offers parent-to-parent support, but it does not hold support group meetings.

Parkinson Association of the Rockies
The Parkinson Association of the Rockies has been serving the Rocky Mountain community for over 25 years. Formed in 1981, PAR is considered a valuable resource for those with the disease and to those who care for them. PAR provides a myriad of direct care services including 30 support groups, in-home case assessment and exercise instruction, and an information and referral hotline.
Overeaters Anonymous, Inc.
Overeaters Anonymous offers a program of recovery from compulsive eating using the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of OA. Worldwide meetings and other tools provide a fellowship of experience, strength and hope where members respect one another’s anonymity. OA charges no dues or fees; it is self-supporting through member contributions.
