Routt County Council on Aging provides transportation to the nutrition sites, medical appointments, post office and banking. They also provide grocery shopping in Hayden and South Routt. Local recommended donation is $2.00 round trip. In County trips have a recommended donation of $5.00 round-trip.

Routt County Alcohol Council provides alcohol, drug education, and Useful Public Service (UPS) Programs to the communities of Routt County.
Northwest Colorado Dental Coalition
Northwest Colorado Dental Coalition (NWCDC) was formed in 1997 in response to the overwhelming lack of dental care for low income families on the western slope. A clinic was built in 2005, providing care to families who qualify for the sliding fee schedule, and those covered by Medicaid and Children's Health Plan Plus (CHP+).

Night Walker Enterprises Inc.
Night Walker Enterprises is a 501c3, non-profit organization that reaches out to Native American families on Reservations. It was started in 1986 by Lewis Trujillo, who was from Ute Indian heritage. Over the years and through generous donations from supporters, we have been able to provide families with food, clothing, warm coats, blankets, furniture and so much more.

The mission of Neighbor to Neighbor (N2N) is to empower people and promote housing opportunity through counseling, education, supportive services, community partnerships, and the provision of multi-family affordable housing. N2N fosters stable housing and positive outcomes along all points of the housing continuum, from homelessness to home ownership.
National Youth Crisis Hotline
Provides counseling and referrals to local drug treatment centers, shelters, and counseling services. Responds to youth dealing with pregnancy, molestation, suicide, and child abuse. Operates 24 hours, seven days a week.

National Federation of the Blind of Colorado
For many years, our national president has disseminated information to our members across the United States by way of a short recording highlighting major events of the recent past and approaching future. Calls to action have spread like wildfire among our grassroots movement, often due to these highly anticipated releases on cassette tape.

Mothers of Young Children
The Mothers of Young Children (MOYC) Clothing and Toy Sale is a ministry of the Missions Department of West End Assembly of God. This bi-annual children?s consignment sale benefits many families in our community who are able to both sell outgrown and unneeded items, and buy gently used items at a greatly reduced price.
